Twenty Thank Yous

After you have done the bowl ceremony and your breathing exercises, say your twenty thank yous. Being grateful for the things you have in life, opens the way for more great things to come your way. Saying thank you also helps you focus your thoughts on the positive things in life. Say thank you to the universe every day and have a grateful attitude so that your positive energy will attract more positive energy.

Your thank yous are personal to you. Think about all the things you are thankful for and write them down. If you can’t think of twenty things to be thankful for, think of things you would like to have in your life, pretend you have them and say thank you for them.

A grateful attitude opens you to new positive things in your life. If you don’t have a home, saying thank you to the universe for a home will let you see opportunities and be open to getting a home.
